Prices

All prices at Linucare are in Danish kroner and stated inclusive of VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.

Payment

Linucare accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, inclusive of VAT. Subject to price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Subscriptions and Ongoing Services

Linucare may offer both free and paid-for solutions, including subscriptions, depending on product, user role and customer type.

Current prices, features and terms will at all times be stated on the relevant product page, subscription page, quotation, order confirmation and/or the concluded agreement.

Any ongoing subscriptions or services are automatically renewed unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or in the specific agreement, and may be cancelled in accordance with the terms applicable to the chosen solution at any time.

Payment for subscriptions and other ongoing services is made via the payment method provided at the time of ordering or in the relevant solution.

Delivery

Linucare aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 pm on the same day; orders placed after that are sent the following business day.

We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping from DKK 39. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Your items are sent with DAO.

OBS: NOTE: If there is no room at the pick-up point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pick-up point and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will normally be delivered 1–3 business days after ordering, but during periods of exceptionally high demand this may be longer. We will always inform customers about delivery times.

Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The conditions will be stated specifically prior to purchase of these items.

Warranty

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacture. You may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not cover errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Linucare will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Refund

In the event of a refund, please include bank details in the form of sort code and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfil the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day right of return is granted on items purchased in our webshop.

  • The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
  • Receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several instalments.
  • Receive the last batch, or last part, in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
  • Receive the first item in physical possession when it concerns regular delivery of items over a specific period.

You must bear the direct costs of return yourself.

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and the shipment must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal. Notice must be given by email to kontakt@linucare.dk. In the notice you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please send it to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving clear notice of this.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

  • Items where the seal has been broken.
    • This includes, among other things, if the adhesive on the back of the safety button is removed.
  • Completed non-financial services where delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal expires when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Extended Return Policy for December Purchases

Products purchased in December are covered by an extended return policy until 31/01-2025.

Returns

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of Item on Return

You may only return the item if the packaging has not been opened.

Reimbursement

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid us back.

In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

On exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned it.

Privacy Policy

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to handle enquiries regarding your purchase. Processing takes place in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy for Linucare. Here you can read more about how your data is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a registered user.
