at Linucare
We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at Linucare.
When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions. We will only retain your personal data as long as we are legally obligated to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.

Information We Collect
If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop. We may collect information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), phone number and payment information.
Linucare collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:
- Visit our website
- Complete a purchase of our products
- Use our service
- Create an account
- Sign up for our newsletter
- Review our website
- Send us questions, complaints or feedback
When you create an account, we store your name, phone number and email in an electronic customer database that is only accessible to Linucare employees. This primarily includes Nicklas Lynge and Raymond Kronborg, who are the persons responsible for storing or accessing information. This information is entered into the app upon registration, and consent is requested beforehand. You can withdraw this consent at any time in the app under 'Settings', or access your data by contacting us.
Location Data
Linucare sends alarms to the nearest helpers. To calculate which helpers are closest, we need location data. The location is based on, for example, satellite, WiFi and mobile networks. Your location data is collected in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use. Location data is also used for navigation during an alarm.
Cookies
We use cookies on https://linucare.com to show whether you are logged in, and which products have been added to the shopping basket.
Third-Party Services
We work with third-party services. This includes: Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Google Maps, GLS, Stripe, Simply.
Linucare assumes no responsibility for the privacy policies of third-party services.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. In doing so, we may process information such as name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and similar.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. When the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters have been concluded, we will immediately delete the personal data.
Legal Basis and Purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is only used and stored for payment processing and fulfilment of the agreement entered into. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed on to Stripe, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If during the registration process or on our website you have given us your consent, we use your email address to send a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, unfortunately you will not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (except your email address if you have given consent for it to be processed for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your goods or service.
By creating an account, you consent to us contacting you, including by phone, for example for general feedback on the app.
Other Recipients of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
Our website is hosted by Simply and our payment system runs through Stripe, which act as our data processors. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in Simply's data centres.
Deletion
We only process the information for the stated purposes, and it is deleted when it is no longer necessary for those purposes.
Your Rights
As a data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
- To access and have your personal data corrected/amended
- To have personal data deleted
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You can find the contact details of the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
